Meet Warren Knox Fleming, a distinguished individual hailing from Damascus, Maryland, who currently holds the esteemed position of Director of Operations at CMMA. During his formative years in grade and high school, Mr. Fleming attended the prestigious Augusta Military Academy (AMA) located in Ft. Defiance, Virginia. Following his graduation from AMA, he pursued higher education at Virginia Computer College in Reston, Virginia, where he successfully obtained a degree in Information Technology.

In the year 1975, Mr. Fleming's exceptional coding skills led him to be recruited by NASA at the renowned Goddard Space Flight Center. His expertise primarily revolved around coding in Fortran-66 for the General Electric Nimbus Weather Satellite. Over the course of his professional journey, Mr. Fleming served as an Engineer for notable corporate entities such as General Electric, Honeywell, and Wang, accumulating a wealth of experience spanning more than two decades. In 1997, driven by entrepreneurial aspirations, he took the bold step of establishing his own firm, Quality Solution Technologies, Inc (QST, Inc). The company swiftly gained prominence and secured its position as one of the top 100 MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) firms across Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Washington D.C. Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

In 2004, Mr. Fleming assumed the role of commissioner for the Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission, where he acquired profound knowledge in the realms of conservation and wildlife preservation. With his extensive background in government practices and private industry compliances, Mr. Fleming brings invaluable leadership and expertise to CMMA, further enhancing its operational capabilities.
